What kind of interface does the BlueCat appliance use? What commands are available once you connect? If you can ssh in and can execute typical unix commands you may be able to use the unix connector. You might have to change some of the settings on the Script Processor page. Another option is to use the Custom Connector Framework, to create your own connector. This feature was introduced with PAM 3.3. You can see the details about this feature here:
