create report of many Metrics

Hi ,

using S_QOS_DATA and S_QOW_SNAPSHOT tables i can create report as below  , how to add another Column for Free megabyte disk size  QOS metric ?

In general it sure does help a lot when the need is provided and then process of what's being done, and finally the break point where help is needed.

How to create the report  contain table of four column  (server name ,  Disk name , Free size Migabyte , % Free disk size ) of last sample values
filtered by  %Free disk size < 10%
