Latest VAPP 14.4.1 Remote Connector & Remote tools

Hi Team
I have VAPP 14.4 installed with latest 14.4..1 patch but then i can not find the latest 14.4.1 Remote Connector (CCS) and
Remote Tools(Provisioning Manager) for 14.4.1

Does anyone know whether is there 14.4.1 Remote Connector / Remote Tools available ?

Based on IM software itself, i have tools and remote connector server for 14.4.1

On software download, there is no option for 14.4.1, only have 14.4

IM tools are same for both Vapp and Non VAPP.

Hi Willliam,

As 14.4.1 is Cumulative patch we are not shipping CCS installer.

You have to Install 14.4 CCS and then apply 14.4.1 patch on top of 14.4 CCS

Hi Avinash,
Which mean i need to download  CAIM 14.4.1 CP-IM-1441.tar.gz then "install" those 14.4.1 components patch accordingly to my VAPP env, correct ?


Note: This particular steps wasn't mentioned in VAPP documentation. Documentation just ask us to download 14.4.1 from Software download(But which is not available).

CAIM 14.4.1 CP-IM-1441.tar.gz will not contain any installer this is cumulative patch so only binaries will be shipped.

If i am not wrong you are looking for Remote CCS and Provisioning manager.

Can you please tell me if you have installed 14.4 Remote CCS and 14.4 Provisioning Manager?

Yes, i have the C++ Connector and PM installer for 14.4
I understand, it need to be patch manually by following the intructions given.

The issue here is that, there is no proper instruction to download Remote Connector & Tools from CA IM side.

It was a general Practise so we didn't gave steps for that.

But thanks for pointing i will work with documentation team and make the steps documented clearly.
