That error from what was shown in the screenshots appears to be the error reported back by the backend server, so you may need to work with them to figure out what they require. It seems at a basic level like your service or request itself simply doesn't meet the requirements of what your backend is expecting. You will need to likely make a modification to either the request or the route assertion, although I suspect it will be the request itself.
