    Hi community!
We've installed DOI 1.3.2 and integrated it with Performance Center.
We do receive metrics from PC but we have a notice for them ""Anomaly detection Not Available for Selected metric" (we see it when point with mouse on  "i"  in circle see attach please). What should we do to see metrics with analytics?
And another question - we see no prediction data. We've completed all tasks in "Configure and Customize Predictive Insights" documentation but see no results.

    Thank you

    Hello Andre,

    check this variable: ENABLE_CAPM_METRICS
    https://techdocs.broadcom.com/content/broadcom/techdocs/us/en/ca-enterprise-software/it-operations-management/digital-operational-intelligence/1-3-2/configuring/optional-pods-configuration/data-science-platform-pod.html

For Predictions, give it some time for PI to build up some trends

    Hi Nestor!

Thank you for reply. We've set this parameter to TRUE but it doesn't help. We still see no predictions and no anomaly detections.

Hi Andre, did you restart associated pods? analyticsjobs, readserver...
Any logs from analyticsjobs pod that can help to understand what is going on?

    Hi Nestor,
We restarted "readserver" but the system stopped to work after that.
We decided to redeploy the project

    Hi Nestor,
We redeployed the project, added  in PREDICTION_INDEX_ES data sources index ao_itoa_metrics_capm_cpu_3*
also set ENABLE_CAPM_METRICS to TRUE but nothing changed
By the way - the Reachability metric is shown normally with all analytics (please see screen shot attached)
I also added dspintegrator.log (I changed extension for txt)

    Attachment(s)

    txt
    dspintegrator.txt   2.42 MB 1 version

    HI Andre,

    Anomaly issue: Follow these steps:

Enable anomaly detection for CAPM metrics in OI 1.3.2
In the dspintegrator deployment update following variables:
    1. METRIC_INDEX_ES_CAPM=ao_itoa_metrics_capm_availabilityport_4*,ao_itoa_metrics_capm_cpu_4* (add a list of the indexes containing capm metrics that you want to monitor in this variable)
    2. ENABLE_CAPM_METRICS=true
    3. METRICS_CAPM_PORT=pctUtilization,utilization
    4. METRICS_CAPM_CPU=memoryUtilization,pctMemoryUtilization,maxMemoryUtilization,minMemoryUtilization
    5. METRICS_CAPM_VIRTUALINTERFACE=maxBitsPerSecond,minBitsPerSecondOut

    Prediction Issue:
    1. send me the logs from analyticsjob pod

    Thanks
    Nestor

    Hi Nestor,

Thank you very much for your help. Anomaly detection now works!

Now the problem with prediction is left. Could you find anything in the logs I've sent?

    Thank you
