    Hi Team,

    What should be contentSecurityPolicy setting in Service Catalog web.xml($USM_HOME\view\webapps\usm\WEB-INF\web.xml) to see the service catalog form from Service Point.

    Below is the out of box settings for contentSecurityPolicy in web.xml

    <param-name>contentSecurityPolicy</param-name>
    <param-value>default-src 'self' 'unsafe-inline' 'unsafe-eval'</param-value>

    Hello,

    did you also update the cors.allowed.origins in the web.xml as per the post-install tasks?

    That's necessary to get the Service Point to see Service Catalog.

    Please confirm the search server is up and running and you already run the initial load. Reference:

    Hi Pablo,

    Thank you very much for your response on this.
    We already done with initial load, refreshing the data and index in search server.
    Then also check the steps mention in troubleshooting-service-point.html.
    But no luck so far.Only able to see the featured services but when clicking on those services no form and info available.

    Is there any error in the F12 Developer Tool console or network tab when reproducing the issue? or any error in the IncidentMS.log/searchMS.log/view.log that might help to identify the root cause.?

    Yes we are getting few error in F12 Developer Tool console attached below
    but not getting any error in the any .log file.

    Hi,
    I had similar issue, Catalog icons are showing in Service Point, but when you hit the icon to open Catalog form then error pops up, and you can see the error in Console.
    Resolution to mine issue was to enable SSO on CA Service Catalog in the Administration Tab in Catalog.

    Restarted Catalog service and it works fine.. When SSO is enabled in xFlow/SP then you need to allow it also in Catalog.

    Thanks for your response.
    Yes already enabled SSO with SAML for all the product but still we are not able to see Catalog form in Service Point.
    Let me ask you few question,
    1. Which version of CASM you are using?
    2. Which type of SSO you are using?
    3. Are using using HTTPS or not?

    The version is 17.2.0.7, HTTPS yes and SSO type is NTLM (NT LAN Manager) xFLOW (Catalog)
