  • 1.  Show "time to violation" in notificacion and employee view

    Posted Jun 07, 2017 04:41 PM

Hello, when i set a service type event (violation event), i will like to include datetime of the vioaltion information in a email notification to the customer and as well display it at employee interfase (detail_cr, list_cr).
I know the mintime attribute, but i don't know how the system calculate this value. At the list_cr just few of them has this value calculated.

Can someone help me with this please?

    Hi Fabian,

As far as I understand The Unix epoch (or Unix time or POSIX time or Unix timestamp) is the number of seconds that have elapsed since January 1, 1970 (midnight UTC/GMT), not counting leap seconds (in ISO 8601: 1970-01-01T00:00:00Z).

You can find a very good tool which converts the unix time i.e. https://www.epochconverter.com/
