EOS date of WebAgent (r12.51 and r12.52)

​Hello,

Does anybody know when the EOS date of WebAgent ( r12.51 and r12.52 ) is ?

If somebody knows about the schedule or any information about EOS of WebAgent, please let me know.

Hi Terumi Kaji,

End of Support is not announced for SiteMinder r12.51 and r12.52 Web Agents as on today, 11-May-2021. 

It is recommend to use the latest Web Agent version i.e. SiteMinder r12.52 SP1 CR11.

Hi Siva,

thanks for posting this link - it was just what I was looking for. I am testing upgrade paths from Siteminder 12.52 -> 12.8 and ideally i wanted to be on most recent release of 12.52 before attempting any upgrade tests (I know its EOL now). I was able to download ca-wa-12.52-sp01-cr11-linux-x86-64.zip but I am not able to access any of the policy server CRs such as :-

SiteMinder Web Access Manager 12.52
SS04255 SiteMinder Policy Server r12.52 SP01 CR09

is that because the underlying product itself (Siteminder 12.52 ) is EOL? I am still able to see the main releases for download but only SP1 and SP2 - no CRs. Going forward I realise that Siteminder 12.8 is the preferred option, I was just curious about one particular bug which I hit a while back and appeared to have been fixed in one of the CRs

Perl API generates a core dump when we try to add more values to the ValidateTargetDomains ACO parameter.

I was able to confirm that the same sorts of Perl scripts worked fine in 12.8 though.

Thank you for confirming. With respect to the availability of the Siteminder 12.52 CRs such as this one:-

SS04255 SiteMinder Policy Server r12.52 SP01 CR09

are these no longer available for download?

SiteMinder Policy Server 12.52 SP1 CR09 is already EOL and is not available for download.
