XOG questions xml folder, OOTB objects

We download Xog client from CA PPM - it has some files in xml folder, so can't we XOG out any other apart from those mentioned files( except custom object instances)?

When i check ODB_OBJECTS table with created_by = 1 ( admin ) I see 153 records - so 153 OOTB objects right?

The files in the XML folder are what is supported including custom objects and custom object instances.
Rather than the ODB_OBJECTS table I should start with the objects listed in the Administration > Objects list
That is some 60 objects.

Some items that can be XOGed are not objects like classes and not all objects can be XOGed.
