I'm not wanting to sound unhelpful here but with a request like this, what kind of help are you expecting to get?

Can you supply the full command you are running? (obviously anonymize it)

Is there any error output you could share?

What access are you trying to achieve?

What have you checked so far before posting the question?

Without a valid login most probe commands are giving : "permission denied"

I do not see a communication error, but I see a "login failed" (line 3 of your screen shot)
From what robot is your logon executed? If not from primary hub, what happens if you execute your script on the primary hub?

I recreated your problem by creating a user with a password with a @ character in it. (like Yu suggested)
You will have to change the password or create a special userid to use PU
BUT: as soon as I logged in with that new user in IM, the PU command was working correctly (with that password with a @ in it)

Are you trying to use something like:

    https://docops.ca.com/ca-unified-infrastructure-management/9-0-2/en/administering/run-probe-commands-from-a-command-prompt

And what is the error message?
