    With our new SaaS offerings, customer expectations are rising.  They want more interactive guidance, tips, and tutorials embedded in the UI. That means we must merge the application and documentation.
     
    To make this vision a reality, CA is now licensed to use an application called WalkMe. You use WalkMe to add interactive walkthroughs, guided tours, tool tips etc. into our SAAS products and track where users go.
