Adding tasks to timesheet in kanban mode

Hi,

As a team we have been managing our portofolio items by Kanban approach.

We noticed the following issue using Rally.

 

Timesheet

Adding tasks into the timesheet board is very complex because, Kanban based, we don't apply iteration, so we have to find the User Story by name or ID

Request: Is it possible to add the tasks into the timesheet panel depending on their owner?

I also faced the issue. This search and add tasks is too much to ask any team. As a work around I am creating an iteration for each month and then using add my task
