Automic Automation and CDA 12.3 Licencing

Hi! Community! do you know what are the changes of the licencing of new suite of automic 12.3? before, in 12.2 version I needed to load a txt file with the "deployment targets" and also the type of agents availables for the product according with the purchase.

In 12.3 version, I only see this.

"We have removed technical license restrictions in this version."
