Hello Team
We are running with advance mode 17.2 version having 4 application servers 1 Background & 1 Standby.
We cannot see Notification History from 1 application server out of 4. Whenever ticket create from that application server , there are no notification history can be seen in 'Notification History' but the recipients can receive email. Even there is no new entry record in not_log table when ticket create from that app server.
However , rest of app servers are fine and records can be seen in not_log table.
Please advise what is the issue/
