Hi Aamir,
The LDAP auto creation ONLYworks when a non-existent user in SDM tries to login and the corresponding user does exist in LDAP. See also this documentation:
Create Contacts Automatically From LDAP
Alternatively, you can schedule the pdm_ldap_import and\or pdm_ldap_sync utility to run nightly. This will create new users and\or update existing user information in SDM with data from the LDAP store.

Hi Team
We are having issue of auto creation of contacts in servicedesk. Auto creation working perfectly in NO MULTI TENANCY but the other environment has Multi Tenancy enabled and auto creation is not working. We have to create manually by File->New Contact from LDAP and merge the contact.
But we need auto creation of contacts when the new contact create in MS Active Directory. We have already installed option DEFAULT TENANT with uuid mentioned in it. But still new user unable to logon.
Please Advise.
