    I have done work in a trial version and need to know if this work is lost once we move to the actual subscription

    Unless you plan for the data in your trial to be transferred to your permanent subscription it will be lost.  If you desire to keep it it's not difficult to do so.  Speak to your Account Director or Rally Solution Architect and they will take care of you.

    Denis,

     

    None of your work will be lost.  All that happens if you purchase a Subscription is the Provisioning Team updates your current Subscription expiration date...  All your data remains.
