Hi Sridhar,
Apologies for the late response. I've been extremely busy this week!
Here is an example: I'm running a bash shell script on our Solaris agent which does a simple ls -l command.
On the server, this is the output:
-r--r--r-- 1 cascm oracle 52 Aug 5 14:36 /usr1/dev/maint/apps/testprj/harvest/Test/DB/SDLC.aql
But in the Output Log (even in the CASCM.log file), it looks like this:
I00020133: -r--r--r-- 1 cascm oracle 52 Aug 5 14:36 /usr1/dev/maint/apps/test.
I00020133: prj/harvest/Test/DB/SDLC.aql.
I understand Harvest adds message numbers as prefix and full stops at the end, but I would at least like the line continuation to be consistent. Some lines longer than this one have not been cut and continued. I can't seem to find a pattern on at which length it decides to cut the lines.
Thanks for your help,
Jarus

Hello Jarus,
Can you post a screen with line continuation problem?
Also for the font request, we are checking for the possibility of any existing preference.
Thanks,
Sridhar

Subject: Output Log line continuation
Hi,
I'm looking for a setting to change the line continuation in the output log, but can't find anything in the "Tools -> Preferences" window. Some of my output gets truncated and then continued on the next line, which is not ideal for my requirements.
I've also previously added a thread requesting the ability to change the font of the output log to a monospace font. This is still a requirement.
Kind regards,
Jarus
