Developer Plugin- ca api gateway not pushing dependencies

Hi Team,


          As Developer plug-in is used as replacement of GMU. I can able to export the data from gradle export . While importing data to target gateway with gradle import-bundle command .It is only pushing policy data to target gateway not dependencies like JDBC connections ,cluster-wide props etc.  Any help is always welcome and thanks in advance.

Those need to be provided as environment variables. See "apply environment" in the github wiki
