  • 1.  Plex Build manager not properly registered (REGDB_E_CLASSNOTREG)

    Hello,

     

    I am trying to build a PLEX 7.2 WinC client on a VM that includes VS2006 (VisualInterDev 6.) but the build fails with the error
    "Plex Build manager not properly registered (REGDB_E_CLASSNOTREG)"

    Hi George,


    Thanks for the tip!


    I didn't have to manually register. I got the issue solved by installing the full VS2005 from new media and ran the PLEX installer fixing the existing installation.

     

    I could then successfully build.
