    Hi All,

What are the different ways to change existing projects tagged to another entity to new entity along with allocations and transactions (and ofcourse resource assignments).

Need some different approach thoughts from the thinking minds :)

    regards
    Uruj

Are you looking at renaming an existing entity, or creating an entire new entity, and want to move things?

Also, keep in mind that only one entity can be linked in Datamart Settings, and I think that becomes fixed forever - better to check with support :)

Yes NJ. New entity to be created (with another currency) and moving existing projects and resources to that new one. Thanks, for your inputs

Once you have created transactions that go through to Financials and Chargebacks, there are too many referential links to simply change them to a new Entity. The application does not have a method that is simple and easy.  There are no ways you can do this.
The best solution is to close the project and create a new project with the remaining work.
