    Hi All,

I have a requirement to add MySQL monitoring instances but i am confused as how to specify named instances while creating a connection.
For ex in sqlserver probe we define server\instance while creating connection but in case of MySQL i dont see any such option.
There is just Hostname parameter which can be used in case instance name is servername only but what to do in case of mutiple named instances on a single server?
    #cauim9.0.2 #dxim

    Thanks
    Anmol

with a named instance on a server, each named instance will have a different port.
So you will use the same hostname or IP address with the different ports for each instance.
