Kamakshi I think there is some confusion here. Test Data Manager is the product. CA (Broadcom) bought Grid Tools back in 2015 and has continued to develop and enhance the product. TDM Portal is a component part of Test Data Manager. The main application components of Test Data Manager are:
TDM Portal
TDM Datamaker
TDM Subset
TDM Fast Data Masker (FDM)
The is some overlap between the components. For example, both the Portal and Datamaker can register objects , eg database tables, files etc. This information is then shared between the two. The Portal provides new capabilities which are not in Datamaker, eg Find & Reserve and Datamaker has some capabilities that are not in the Portal.

Is there any documentation on the limitations of Test Data Manager Portal compared to Grid Tools, as most of the features like Masking, PII Audit, etc are available in Test Data Manager.
Need to know what functionalities cannot be achieved through Test Data Manager Portal.
