We integrated CA PM with VNA.

After configuration few mints it's in UP state after some some timeVNA gateway operational status going down automatically in CA performance center console.

Any specific reason for this, Why it's doing down automatically

    Hello Suheer,

What release of CA Performance Manager and VNA is involved in this problem?

    Did this ever work properly?

Is there an error that shows up to the user when the problem happens that you've seen?

Are you able to restart something to easily get things to work properly again?

    How often does this happen?

    Thanks,

    Michael

If you have not already I would recommend opening a support issue with the following information:

    1) From the VNA gateway all the logs from the following directory:

    /opt/CA/VNA/wildfly/standalone/log/

    2) A CA Remote Engineer from both the Data Aggregator (IMDataAggregator) and

the Data Collector (IMDataCollector) VNA is associated with as outlined here:

    https://docops.ca.com/ca-performance-management/3-2/en/troubleshooting/unable-to-resolve-issue

    3) The output from the following URL, please replace <dahost> with the host-name or IP of your Data Aggregator:

    http://<dahost>:8581/rest/sdngateways
