  • 1.  login failing because Appliance stuck in Cluster Mode

    Just wanted to post that using VMware SRM to copy an Appliance into a DR bubble for testing.

    we have a 3.2.2 cluster with the DR appliance setup as in a secondary site
    when the SRM line was stopped
    we went to the bubble to login
    at first we couldnt get onto the appliance saying "Appliance was still starting, try to login later"
    we then tried using https://<IP>/config/ but got same reply "Appliance was still starting, try to login later"
    we then found and tried https://<IP>/config/?legacy=1 worked!!
        this got us to the Cluster Page where we could turn OFF the cluster

    Then we were able to login through the client/browser​
