Incorrect percentage done and count

Hello Rally Team,

I am assuming that this is a bug and posting here with the assumption that if it is not a bug, people advise me of corrective action.

Please see in the picture below that the listed user story count is 10 whereas in the percentage done by count is showing 15 and is the similar case with percent done by story points.

Hi @Venu Jetti,

this might not be an error, but related to your viewing permissions.

Could the missing stories be scoped to projects for which you do not have access permissions? Your internal Rally administrators should be able to answer this questions.
Or you can open a case with our Support Team and they will be able to help debug this.

We ran into a similar issue where some of the User Stories were in a Project where Status was set to Closed.  Those User Stories were hidden from ordinary users, but visible to Workspace Admins and continued to be included in Percent Done by Story Count/Story Points field calculations.

Yes, I went back and looked at the feature who has permissions. The problem was due to no access permissions.
