We just encountered that PREP_PROCESS_FILENAME does NOT resolve soft links in unix.
Automic stated that this is "by design" :'(
how do you handle this - if your environment is affected?
Automic suggested modifying the EVENT.UNIXFS or using ucxelx6f TYPE=I
At the moment I am not sure which (permanent) Workaround I should use as I am no UNIX pro ....
BTW. PMPER-2010 for the "out of the box support" for softlinks if you want to support.
