    Hello All,

    One of the users of CA Clarity PPM is facing an issue with his Timesheet. He is getting an error message - "TMA-0111: Error updating timesheet. Couldn't obtain lock. Click browser's back button and try again." I suppose this is linked to a Timesheet Lock that may have been generated when the Timesheet might have been saved. However, a few hours later when I try to look into this issue by using the SQL Query:

    select * from prlock;

    I notice that the DB Table prlock is returning 0 records. So, is it possible that the Timesheet Lock has now been cleared? Do Timesheet Locks clear automatically after a few hours? If yes, after how many hours on an average?

    Many Thanks,

    Suhail.

    The locks are generated on the business logic written via process on the timesheet submission, if the timesheet is waiting for approval and is locked by process you will see that warning message, and once its approved the lock will be removed.

    This can happen due to few other reason like process instance was deleted.

    We do have a technical document, see id this helps
