  • 1.  Portlet showing Error - 500. Internal server error.

    Hi All,

     

    After passing parameters portlet is showing the records and when I click on "Excel to Export(Data only)" I'm facing this issue  "Portlet showing Error - 500. Internal server error."

     

    What could be the reason for this error.

    Hi Santosh,

     

    Please provide your app-ca log to see what is the underlying error message. Error 500 is a generic error in CA PPM so we cannot say what is the problem only based on that.
