  • 1.  UMP Dashboard Charts stopped displaying data.

    I am troubleshooting a problem that the UMP dashboard charts stop displaying data.  has anyone seen this?
    All of the other widgets display data.   What's even more puzzling is that the same QoS metric that feeds the charts are used in a text widget to show the latest numerical data and it works.  I am on UMP 9.2.0 and have two UMP servers.  I spoke to another peer who said he'd seen something like this a few years ago and thought it was because the UMPs were overloaded.

    Has anyone else experienced anything like this before?

    Two things that you can take a look at to see if either or both address this issue for you:

    1.  Tech doc Troubleshooting Dashboards->Dashboard Queries Time Out During Data Retrieval

    2.  Knowledge Document:  KB37302 : Configuring ump portlet timeout to never expire

    If neither of these documents resolves the dashboard update issue, you may need to open a support case to look into this further.
