  • 1.  CAIDM certify roles tab not visible

    Hi Team,

    Can anyone help me on below.

    In CA identity Manager iam trying the user certification process. I have started the begin certification to one user. after that iam trying to certify the user from manage users,"certify user" task. But iam getting the below error while clicking the roles tab.

    There is a support case opened for this already. Support will communicate via the case notes, but this is open for discussion for the communities. Support will add the resolution once reached to this discussion.

    Certifying users and roles should be done in IG vs IM

    Begin Certification Process

    Choose users you want to certify

    Then users certify user, search for one of the users set to certify in the Begin Certification Process

    Click on the roles tab, Click any of the three check boxes and click the List Entitlements button:


    Either you are not setting the begin certification process or some other issue with scoping in your environment. This works OOTB so long as the user performing the certification has both of these admin roles:
