    Hi Bakhtawar,

What credentials are you attempting to login with?

Were you able to successfully login previously or this is the first time you try to login after the install?

The default login details are superuser for both username and password.

    Maybe this might help?

Basically, don't put anything on the organization field when you login with superuse.

    Hello Bakhtawar,

Please see this post: REQUEST: Please include this information with EVERY POST

Things that might be useful to describe the issue are:
    • The version of Jasper
    • The name of the login account you're trying
    • How long this has been working and when it stopped
    • Brief description of the architecture
    • Whether it is working on another of your systems
    • What type of authentication is being used
    • Whether this works when tried from the server or with a different account
    • If there were any changes to the environment before it stopped working
    • What messages are in the Jasper logs and whether DEBUG has been enabled
    • Etc.

It is saying "Invalid credentials." Somewhere the authentication chain between the Jasper login screen and the authentication source has broken. The more background the better to understand those endpoints and what lies between.

Note also that as Jasper is a third party component, there are also sites which may be able to give more information on general cases of "Invalid credentials supplied" for Jasper.

    Thanks, Kyle_R.

So how could we check the authentication chain between jasper login screen and source?
I have checked blogs/sites but there is no proper solution for this issue.,
