Perhaps you're having trouble logging into the CMC and can't remember the BOXI enterprise Administrator password? If so, here's a simple procedure, which will quickly and efficiently null the password.
This is the procedure for resetting your BO Admin password on BOXI 3.1 SP3 / SP5. Simply connect to the CMS repository with your database management client tool and issue the following command (optionally you may want to back up your CMS db before proceeding with this, but it really shouldn't be a problem):
Delete from CMS_INFOOBJECTS6 where ObjectID = 12
Then simply restart the SIA from the CCM and you should be able to login via the CMC with "Administrator" and no password. You can optionally reset the password within the CMC after logging in via the user manager.
FYI, I've tested this on CA lab and everything is working just fine.
