What can be the possible integration between CA PAM and CA IdentityMinder product.

(OR) Will there be a use case to integrate CA PAM and CA IdentityMinder?

Manic Raj, Good Day.

 

1) CA IDM user console can be configured as a web portal (Auto login) in PAM.

Using this you record / monitor the admin logins to the IM UI.

2) PAM can be used for auto login to JCS Proxy UI (Web portal)

Using this you record / monitor the admin logins to the JCS proxy UI.

3) PAM can/might be integrated to automate the login to Provisioning Manager using transparent login. ( I have not tested this)

To add further to karvi05 's point, there's an additional set of use cases that could be achieved by integrating CA Identity Manager & CA PAM.

 

You could potentially use CA Identity Manager to provision/de-provision all PAM objects into PAM. Also, you could use IDM to provision/de-provision/manage PAM policies as well.
