  • 1.  How to set the required Tenant

    Hello,

    I am working with CA SDM, and I need to set the tenant field as mandatory when the incident is created.
    because users are creating incidents without a tenant.

    I looked for the field in the web form detail_in.htmpl, but the tenant field does not appear.

    Could you help me with the procedure to configure the tenant to be mandatory when creating the incident?

    you can modify the in object schema and make tenant attribute required

    Hi Chi Chen
    I comment you, that I applied the change:
    I put the "checkbox" of "required" in the "Tenant" field of the cr object.
    but the CA Service Desk Manager Service fails.

    Is there any other procedure to put the tenant as mandatory on the ticket?

    Hi ,
    To the best of my knowledge once  multi - Tenany is configured, it shall ask you to select the tenant while creating the ticket. 
    Could you share the screen for better understanding.

    It is correct, the tenant appears in the ticket template.
    But it is not required.
