Spec KB: Spectrum Data Source in NPC fails to Sync
Description:
After adding Spectrum as a Data Source into NPC, the first SYNC is fine, but the subsequent syncs fail.
Removing and adding the Spectrum Data Source again does not resolve the issue.
Looking at the log file the following error is present:
"This data source's product identifier has changed. Create a new entry for this data source."
This problem could happen after a Spectrum upgrade.
ie. Upgrading from 9.2 H10 to 9.2 H11
