  • 1.  Escalation in Identity Governance

    Hello,

    We are working on adding an escalation to the Identity Governance OOTB Workflow.  Basically, we want to add a time escalation to the node where the campaign is waiting to be attested. We have used Workpoint to configured this same type of behavior using Identity Manager but it does not work the same for Identity Governance. 

    Has anyone ever added escalation delays to their campaigns in Identity Governance? 

    Any help or feedback would be appreciated

    Maybe editing the OOTB workflow is the problem and you need to create a copy and edit the copy.
    This should work the same, as workflow code is the same between IM and GM.
