The license for Xtraction that gets purchased through CA allows you to edit the data model such that you can add/remove tables/columns, however it does NOT allow you edit data sources - meaning you cannot add or remove data sources. The document that Paul provided will give you the information you need to be able to add tables to the data model.
I am not sure what the query or fields are that would be used to capture the financial impact of SLAs on tickets - unless you are using custom fields to denote that within the database.
