WCC login problem

Hi,

We are suddenly unable to login to WCC and have the following errors in the logs 

# Cannot get the connection to  jdbc:ca:sqlserver://FRER1026\PJSI:1433;DatabaseName=WCC_Main;selectMethod=cursor, trying again ..
INFO   | jvm 1    | 2020/02/19 16:19:06 | @tomcat32-resource <       Thread-8> [] ERROR #datasource                         # Cannot get database connection

and in the other wcc logs it is 

Caused by: java.sql.SQLInvalidAuthorizationSpecException: [CA][SQLServer JDBC Driver][SQLServer]Login failed for user 'saJSCH'.

What can we do to fix this without re-installing WCC.

Hi,

It complaints it cannot access the DB. I would start debugging that. Checking the ID and password to the DB, connectivity and so on.

Hi Liz,

Are you able to resolve the issue?  I am also getting the same issue. 

I am able to successfully access to database with the same user failing while launching the WCC. 

How to resolve this?

Yes, we changed the password for the dbuser and change using wcc_config.
