  • 1.  List all incidents in BI reports

    Hi,

     

    I am using Servicedesk 17.1 and CABI 4.3 sp5. While generating reports when i select parent incident category like HARDWARE i want to get all incidents which are under parent category (HARDWARE) as well as all sub category of HARDWARE

    Please find the screen shot .

    Please suggest.
