    Good afternoon.

Dear Community, I have the following operating system

    / etc # lsb_release -a
    LSB Version: core-2.0-noarch: core-3.0-noarch: core-2.0-x86_64: core-3.0-x86_64: desktop-3.1-amd64: desktop-3.1-noarch: graphics-2.0-amd64: graphics-2.0-noarch : graphics-3.1-amd64: graphics-3.1-noarch
    Distributor ID: SUSE LINUX
Description: SUSE Linux Enterprise Server 10 (x86_64)
    Release: 10
    Codename: n / a

I have deployed the logmon probe and the result is that it turns red and throws the following error in the probe log:

    11: 31: 27: 837 [47964870748896] 0 Controller: Max. restarts reached for probe 'logmon' (command = logmon)

any idea how to solve this issue

    Hello Jose,

it appears that logmon probe does not support sles 10

You probably want logmon v 3.32 or there abouts - I'd suggest starting with that specific version because at least in my experience it was the best combination of defect and function.

If you don't have that, you can launch http://support.nimsoft.com/Default.aspx?center=felles/archive&state=hidden and pick it from the list - this page will take some time to load because of the length and might time out. Refresh it if it does but be patient.

Thank you very much for your contribution and enter the link, but I only see the most recent versions for downloads, where else can I get them?
