    Hi Tiago,

do I understand correctly that you want to know how you would manually create a CI in ServiceDesk itself? The idea you linked is for the sdgtw probe to have the ability to automatically create CI's in Servicedesk.

If so, this would be question for the Servicedesk forum.

    Kind Regards,

    NO,

I would like to know, how we can integrate these products, if UIM can discover the CI's, Why we cannot integrate them?

I could find, how to open tickets, but i can't finf how to load CI'S in CA CMDB.

    Regards

    Dear Tiago,

the integration is done via the sdgtw probe and I would advise you to check the following documentation:

sdgtw (Service Desk Gateway) - CA Unified Infrastructure Management Probes - CA Technologies Documentation

This as such contains all the relevant information and links to further, more detailed, information on the integration.

However, if you are doing this integration for the first time it might be good idea to involve CA Services for assistance.

    Kind Regards,
