My hardware configurations are missing from the library in Capacity Command Center, Capacity Manager or Virtual Placement Manager.
Answer:
The hardware model libraries (HML) are updated regularly on support.ca.com. If you do not see your hardware in the computer library tab of CCC shown below, then an updated library can be downloaded at Hardware Model Libraries - CA Technologies.
If your hardware configurations are not in the packaged updates, a request can be created though the same page to add it to CCC, VPM and CapMan
