Never update the file manually. A devtestlic.xml file was copied from one machine to another and the edMacAddress value was changed. When the Enterprise Dashboard was started, it throws this same error.
This error will occur if the devtestlic.xml is manually changed.

A devtestlic.xml file was copied from one machine to another and the edMacAddress value was changed. When the Enterprise Dashboard was started, it throws this error: ERROR dradis.Application - Exception: Serial key of the license file doesn't match the license!
A new license file was needed to be generated.
Note: If your license model type is txn_concumption then it will be tied to a MAC address. That license file can only be used on the machine that has the MAC address.
