  • 1.  SAAS Oauth not working

    We have a CA API management SAAS portal, we have created a new application and assigned some API to it we have OAuth implemented with OTK 3.4 installed,, when i am trying to access the OAuth v2 clientcreds API to generate access token using API KEY and shared secret, its not able to find the API Key and secret in OAuth database. It looks to be some sort of sync issue, please suggest on how to resolve.

    Akshat,

     

    Good evening. Would you be able to elaborate on whether this is pure SAAS both Portal and Gateways or hybrid with on premise Gateways? Normally, you have to give control of OAuth management to the Portal so that is can create the keys and secrets which in turn are usable by the Gateway for authentication.
