hi, you can't change ootb admin_tree. but you can do a copy of admin_tree in security and role management ...

Can you post a screenshot of what you want to add? Or perhaps the actual path of the admin setting you are trying to configure. I'm using a french version and i cannot understand what you want :)

hi,
you can't change ootb admin_tree. but you can do a copy of admin_tree in security and role management -> menu trees -> rightclick admin_tree -> copy. now you will be able to customize the copy and attach this copy to your role.

Hi Priyanka,
I do not see 'service category' node on my OOTB install of Service Desk under Administration-->Application Data-->Codes.
Sounds like a customization of some sort was done on your installation for this...
