  • 1.  APMSQL-Grafana no data points

    Hi Community,

    Currently we are did intergrating APMSQL with Grafana. 
    We have successfully configured all the step.
    Now we want to showing the data/metrics in Grafana.
    As the below image, we have successfully showing the data for MOM in Grafana.

    But no data points for the collectors.
    We found this error in grafanaservice log:
    2020-02-20 15:01:52 ERROR APMSQLQueryMethod:199 - Error has occurred while processing request ->null
    2020-02-20 15:01:58 ERROR APMSQLQueryMethod:260 - Result Set is Empty for given query ->apmsql 'Custom Metric Agent \\(Virtual\\) \\(apmemcoltbspapp1@5001\\)' 'Enterprise Manager|Health:Heap Capacity (%)' agg_value exact and count is 0
    2020-02-20 15:01:58 ERROR APMSQLQueryMethod:266 - i is 0 hence printing [
    2020-02-20 15:01:58 ERROR APMSQLQueryMethod:278 - Empty String is :[

    Here the query inspector:

    Is this the correct query that we use in Grafana? or is there any missconfiguration in the collectors?
    Is there anyone facing the same issue like this?

    My suggestion is that you test the issue with APM 10.7 SP3 and see if you are still facing issues.

    I have checked and tried the step in the links but still no result.

    the problem i have only on the collectors i think, since the MOM can showing metrics in Grafana.

    is there something wrong in collector's configuration?

    Hello,
    You should able to access all metrics via MOM. So, there is no need to connect to collector directly from Grafana. If one or more metrics, you can not access from MOM, then it may be an issue between MOM and Collector.

    Hi,
    So how to try if I want to see the metrics of collectors in Grafana?
    As you can see on below image, I have tried to run the queries to see Heap capacity metrics for the collectors but no result appears.
    I this the correct query?
