  • 1.  Network Flow Analysis "There are currently no scheduled emails" error under "Reporting" -> "Scheduled Emails"

    Clients asked how to check Network Flow Analysis scheduled email status, I went to Network Flow Analysis web console and checked "Reporting" -> "Scheduled Emails", I got the following error:



    When I query the table, I can see the results from SQL:


    Is there a way to fix this? Our version: NetOps 20.2 - CA Network Flow Analysis 10.0.7 (build22)

    Hi Tao,

    When you are in Interfaces Report and select EMAIL 


    Set the "Send on a Schedule"
    This e-Mail definition you can see in  Scheduled Emails:

    For Custom Reporting you saw in the right place

    Hi Carlos, after my recent post got fixed a few days ago(https://community.broadcom.com/enterprisesoftware/communities/community-home/digestviewer/viewthread?GroupId=1675&MessageKey=d4e5bccd-d02f-4176-afed-6b3b70d6bde6&CommunityKey=671164c3-e575-4b08-96ab-edc2e1ceed13&tab=digestviewer)

    I can see your 1st screenshot and schedule things there and they are working. But I cannot see your 2nd screenshot, that is my problem :)

    The Scheduled Emails is only for NFA Dashboard Repots the "Reporting Period / Recurrence / Email Results To:" in Custom Reports definition  they won't seem in the Administrator/Scheduled Emails

    So how to fix the issue that my users cannot see their schedule for their custom report?

    Today the only way is run the your query
    select name, from_unixtime(schedule_next), from_unixtime(schedule_last), email_address from report_definitions where schedule_last;

    Or you can to open a Support case and ask a enhancement request for NFA that can approve or not
