  • 1.  Server not discover in Operator Console?

    Hi Team,

    Need help regarding the issue that I facing in Operator Console.

    Currently our UIM is on version 20.3 and our OC also have a same version 20.3

    In IM we can see the robot server with the metrics data for probe. Then when i try to search the server in OC we got message from OC said that Data not found.


    Then I also notice that after we upgrade from UMP portal to OC, notice that many server/robot only have empty metrics. 
    Did someone know how to fix both issue that I encounter.

    For robots having empty metrics when selecting Edit Metrics I have a ticket open, please open also a ticket to speed things up.

    Use the discovery wizard to discover the missing robot.

    There is no solution or fix for the moment, that is why you need to open also a ticket for the problem with the "edit metrics" being empty

    Yes, OC > Setup Wizard > Discover Devices. 

    Chances are once discovered it will show up and like the others not have the data associated to them and for that follow Luc's recommendation to open a case. It gets a bit involved, need to verify dev & met IDs are provided, they correctly match up to the device, the device is correctly correlated, met ID cross table info is correct, etc.
