  • 1.  Netscaler device performance tab grayed out

    Hi,

     

    I discovered Netscaler device with OID '1.3.6.1.4.1.5951.1' in my CA Spectrum environment and noticed that the performance tab is grayed out.

     

    I reviewed MIB files and found Netscaler mibs are not available and got mibs from vendor and uploaded mib files and rediscovered device again by deleting the older device and still no luck.

     

    When i reviewed CA Certified device, I found that the device is not certified by CA.

     

    Can someone help how to get this issue addressed.

     

    I hope CA will not provide support on this since this device is not CA Certified.

    I would first recommend to self certify this device using Device Certification reference Self-Certification - CA Spectrum - 10.2 to 10.2.3 - CA Technologies Documentation 

     

    Then you may have to manually configure Spectrum for the Performance tab to use the custom attributes reference Creating a Models Performance View - CA Spectrum - 10.2 to 10.2.3 - CA Technologies Documentation

    Hi Vishnu,

      Make sure you take the 2nd step Joe noted, and configure the performance view attributes.  

    Here's additional detail in conjunction with the docs link Joe provided earlier:

     

    NO CPU and Memory displayed in "Performance" tab a - CA Knowledge

    CA Spectrum 10.3 supports the CitrixNetScaler OOB.
    CA Spectrum 10.2.3 supports the CitrixNetScaler by applying the Spectrum_10.02.03.Cert_Pack_003

    The Performance TAB will display the CPU and Memory usage.
