which means your timeslices is completing very quickly, check the query "Current Process Time Slice Requests"
behind those portlet and check during the roll overs where it takes times to process or force a manual reslice

When you run the time slice job you need to see at that time itself, once its completed you will not see any details, The portlet name itself syas current Process Time slice request
